Product Review: Sozen Horse Supplement

Sozen – An adrenal/cortisol support supplement from Cavalor

I came across this product when I was searching for something to help a barrel horse in what I can only describe as the equine version of adrenal fatigue.

Corona struggled on both ends of the spectrum, a dull lethargic state in his down time to an extremely stressed, tense, and overcharged state when asked to go work.  He would sweat excessively within a very short period during exercise and could never seem to build up much stamina, no matter how much time went into his fitness. His coat was dull and coarse, despite the high-quality feed he was on, and the hair was almost patchy in the way it would lay.

As far as his ability to handle stress or high-energy environments; it was near to non-existent, moving from a dulled-out state to completely out of hand blow-ups.

For the specific case I was dealing with, I believe this product to be ahead of its time!

Within days of being on the supplement, I saw improvements.  Corona’s energy increased dramatically to a more relaxed, consistent, and balanced state as opposed to the intense highs and lows that I had been contending with before.  His coat became sleeker and softer and he began sweating at a more normal rate.

His ability to handle stress improved significantly, including his ability to think through high-energy scenarios, as opposed to checking out.

For horses who are involved in disciplines requiring intense, high-energy performance, some may require additional support targeting direct weaknesses in their body. A supplement supporting their adrenal and cortisol function helps both their physical and mental condition and maintenance.

Happy Riding!

Cavalor Sozen Supplement: adrenal/cortisol support supplement

Despite being at a higher price point, I found it to still be reasonable dollar value as it is not meant to be fed daily but instead to begin with a loading dose and then as a “pre-game” supplement there on afterwards.
